Terms and Conditions

Once you contact Ebb Tide, either by phone, email or through our website, our friendly, knowledgeable staff will begin exploring your media needs. Many of the questions on our online form will answer many of these questions, but if you prefer, our media experts are happy to walk you through the process over the phone! We'll determine what your end goals are for your rental season, and which package would help make that happen! If you already know which package you are interested in, our team is that much closer to meeting your media needs!

Photo Bundle:

  1. Discuss your condo - what you love about it, what its best features are, and what renters would most enjoy while staying in your unit.
  2. Outline an ideal timeframe - when would you like to receive your photos? When is your unit available to photograph (free of renters, residents, and cleaning crews)? We will work with you to determine a timetable that fits your schedule.
  3. Photograph your condo - we travel to your condo and take as many photos as our memory cards will allow! Our shoots last anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours, which you are not required to be present for. If it is easier for you, we can pick up entry keys from the management office.
  4. Deliver your photos - We will provide all photos (approx. 30) on two data disks: one to use, and one to keep as a backup! These photos can be an incredible investment, and you can't be too careful! From the date of the shoot, you can expect to receive your photos in approximately 3 business days.

Custom Video and Photo Collection:

  1. Discuss your condo - what are its best features, what sets your condo apart from others, and what do you love about living in the condo and its surrounding area?
  2. Develop a timetable - when would you like to receive your video and photos? The video production process takes slightly longer - approximately 5-7 business days from the date of the shoot - so we outline a schedule that will best suit your rental needs.
  3. Write video narration - we take the information we've gathered about your unit and weave it into an elegant description of your rental property. We use this narration to determine which areas of your condo to focus the most attention.
  4. Shoot your property - Our photography video crews will use professional lighting and camera gear to make your condo look its best. We'll capture its most appealing features, building amenities, and local atmosphere that will have renters begging for a time slot! You are not required to be present for the video shoot, which lasts approximately 3 hours.
  5. Narrate and edit video - We hire professional narrators from the local area to guide potential renters through your unit, and the video is edited right here in Gulf Breeze! We'll add a unique musical score to your video.
  6. Deliver your video - We'll upload your video to YouTube for you (a VRBO requirement for hosting video) and provide you a link which may be used on your rental listing, myspace, facebook, or even email it to your friends and family! You'll also receive a disk containing your video and pictures.

Extended Package:

In this exclusive package, we perform all of the steps required for the Custom Video and Photo Collection process, but continue with the following:
